Senior Designer
We are seeking a senior designer who will work directly with the Creative Director on a variety of projects. Applicants must have a stellar portfolio, strong communication skills, and a determined work ethic.
We’re looking for a mix of the following skill-sets:
- Design engaging social media and web graphics content to support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Generate innovative design executions that communicate compelling benefits and deliver strong conversion metrics.
- Conceptualize and design compelling and impactful collateral, including web, mobile, and print.
- Strong understanding of modern web design principles, user experience, information architecture, and social media.
- Work creatively and quickly meeting quality and accuracy standards.
- Must be able to work in a professional, fast-paced, team environment.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with Creative Director on all projects.
Build on your existing experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years design experience for print & web.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferably in graphic design or related field.
- Demonstrate expert-level skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
- HTML/CSS skills – JavaScript & jQuery are a plus.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to prioritize and work in an energetic & fast-paced environment.
- Possesses an eye for detail and a variety of design styles.
